Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon may be short, but it's one of the most entertaining entries in the franchise. Instead of taking itself seriously, it embraces the spirit of over-the-top 1980s action movies. It feels like a mix of Universal Soldier, Terminator, and every cheesy sci-fi action film from that era. The neon-soaked world, retro-futuristic visuals, and synth-heavy soundtrack create an amazing retrowave atmosphere that still stands out today. Every mission is packed with explosions, ridiculous one-liners, and pure action-movie madness. The story isn't deep, but that's the point. Blood Dragon knows exactly what it wants to be and fully commits to it. It's a love letter to the action films and video games of the '80s.
